At Masons Counselling in the West Midlands, we offer a safe, non-judgmental, empathetic and understanding environment for to you to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions.
Sometimes, things just get a bit much – maybe it feels like there is just one thing after another, you’re on a treadmill – it just seems never ending. Are you struggling to cope with these challenges that life throws at you? Are you feeling alone, sad, worried, scared about the future or struggling to deal with losing someone close to you? Maybe your relationships are proving to be a challenge.
They don’t need to be and you don’t have to accept feeling like this is a way of life. Many people are realising the benefits that counselling and psychotherapy can bring. It might be a cliche, but it’s good to talk. You don’t have to struggle alone.
Masons Counselling in the West Midlands will be there for you to manage these in a safe and confidential place at my private practice in Great Barr, Birmingham. Home visits can also be offered if required and can be discussed in an initial assessment session. Whilst I specialise in bereavement counselling, I have a range of support areas and therapies offered – each tailored for the individual.

Thank you for helping me come to terms with the death of my late husband. Your counselling skills and kindness were just amazing. I felt able to talk to you about things I hadn’t talked about with anybody else. Keep up the great work that you do!
